If you believe an RVNUX account, integration or endpoint may be compromised, include the affected URL or workspace, the date and time observed, and a concise description. Do not send passwords, raw payment-card data, private API keys or access tokens by email.
Account and privacy requests
For access, correction or deletion requests, use the same email address associated with your RVNUX account so ownership can be verified before data is changed or removed.
Provider support
RVNUX can help with its own connection flow, but provider account restrictions, API reviews and platform policy decisions remain controlled by the relevant third-party provider.
