What RVNUX processes
RVNUX may process account identifiers, workspace details, authentication records, connected-provider metadata, customer-approved content, campaign records, billing records, operational logs and product usage data required to provide the service.
Connected accounts
Social, mail and commerce accounts are connected only through the provider's official authorization flow. Provider credentials are stored server-side and are not displayed back to the customer. RVNUX does not require customers to provide raw card numbers or CVV values to RVNUX servers.
Why data is used
- Operate and secure customer workspaces.
- Provide customer-requested publishing, inbox, analytics, outreach and commerce functions.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, cross-tenant access and unauthorized actions.
- Maintain audit, backup and reliability records.
Retention and deletion
Operational and account data is retained only for service, security, accounting and legal needs. Customers can request account deletion using the account-deletion page. Backup copies may remain for a limited retention period before automatic expiry.
Service providers
When a customer connects an external platform or payment processor, that provider processes data under its own terms and privacy rules. RVNUX uses provider authorization rather than collecting third-party account passwords.
